These Terms govern your use of Joixt — the web app at joixt.com, the Joixt mobile app, and any related services. By creating an account you agree to these Terms.
The service
Joixt is a tool for woodworkers and small shops: tape-measure calculators, cabinet design, cut-list optimization, quote preparation, and a parts/inventory store. You provide the inputs (project dimensions, materials, prices). We compute layouts, parts lists, and PDFs.
Your account
- You must be 18 or older to create an account.
- You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.
- One account per person. Don't share credentials or resell access.
Acceptable use
Don't use Joixt to:
- Violate any law or anyone's rights;
- Probe, scrape, or attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or feature gates;
- Submit content you don't have the right to use (other people's designs, copyrighted measurements from paid sources, etc.);
- Resell access to the service or its outputs as a product.
You retain all rights to the woodworking designs, cut lists, and quotes you produce in Joixt. They're yours; we just host and render them.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans (Maker, Pro) are billed monthly or annually through Stripe on the web and through Apple / Google on mobile. Prices are listed at joixt.com/pricing and may change with prior notice for new billing cycles.
Cancellation. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Subscription (web) or your platform's subscription management page (mobile). Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep access until then.
Refunds. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. Apple and Google handle their own refund policies for mobile purchases.
Free tier. The free tier has a monthly cut-list project cap. The cap resets at the start of each calendar month.
Accuracy disclaimer
Joixt's calculators, cut-list layouts, board-foot estimates, sagulator deflection, shrinkage tables, and other outputs are provided as informational aids. Real woodwork requires you to verify measurements with your tape, double-check before cutting, and apply shop judgment. We are not responsible for material wasted, damaged tools, or injuries resulting from over-reliance on the tool's output. Measure twice, cut once.
Service availability
We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, infrastructure outages, and bugs happen. If a paid service is unavailable for a meaningful stretch, contact us for a credit consideration.
Termination
You can delete your account anytime from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a security risk to the platform.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Joixt is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced by email before they take effect. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the new Terms.
